Requirements & system planning
Application, equipment functions, existing systems and the project environment form the design basis.
Bring drone detection, radar and EO/IR monitoring into a defined delivery plan. Shaanxi Smart Innovation Future Technology Co., Ltd. works with security integrators, facility security teams and equipment distributors on equipment configuration, software and system integration.
Application, equipment functions, existing systems and the project environment form the design basis.
Hardware configuration and software requirements are developed around the system architecture.
Installation arrangements and verification requirements are addressed for the project configuration.
Operator requirements, maintenance responsibilities and ongoing support are included in the project discussion.
Include the project country, equipment models or required functions, quantity and existing host-system information. A site plan is useful for a fixed installation.
The proposal sets out the hardware, software, integration and support items for the specific project.
Agree factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT) and the responsibilities of the hardware manufacturer and system integrator before delivery. Test scope and records form part of the project quotation.
Site assessment checklistRF detection depends on detectable signals and cannot reliably detect a drone that is RF-silent. Low-altitude surveillance radar offers a sensing option when drone RF signals are unavailable, while EO/IR cameras add visible and thermal observation. Discuss the monitoring task before selecting the sensor combination.
Group equipment quantities by site and destination market, and list preferred models where known. Describe each site's monitoring needs and integration requirements. Identify whether training is for local technicians or end users, and ask for delivery, testing and support responsibilities to be itemised in the quotation.
Provide the site type, a layout showing proposed equipment locations, available power and network arrangements, and any existing monitoring software. Identify the local technical contact and installation responsibilities. These inputs help define site readiness and integration requirements without assuming that every device supports the same connections or software interfaces.
Define the functions to demonstrate, test conditions, required records and acceptance signatory before ordering. If factory acceptance testing (FAT) or site acceptance testing (SAT) is required, request it explicitly in the quotation, including location, responsibilities and costs. Neither test should be assumed to be included as standard.
Define training around the supplied hardware and host software: reading alerts, reviewing tracks and recording incidents. For the Low-Altitude Sensing Station, discuss allow/deny lists, track replay, event logs and statistics. Agree who receives manuals and support contacts. Operating transmitting counter-drone equipment requires the applicable destination-specific authorisation.
Ask the quotation to define support contacts, service scope, remote or on-site assistance where required, warranty terms and any associated charges. Agree how faults will be reported and which equipment details, software versions and event records to provide. Do not assume a fixed response time or free on-site service.
Send your application, equipment requirements and project country. Our team can help with product selection and system configuration.
